You can find our current price overview here. We will be happy to make you an offer for your preferred travel period on request. We have two seasons:

• High season: from May 1st. until September 30th
• Low season: Low season: from October 1st. until April 30th

From the beginning of March to the end of November and over the turn of the year.
We reserve special opening times for the months of December, January and February.

Unfortunately, dogs and all other pets cannot vacation in our house.

Breakfast takes place from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

We do not offer free cancellation periods. Please inform us as soon as you know about this circumstance. That means as soon as possible. We will immediately release the room you have booked and endeavour to rebook it.

Unbooked nights will be charged at 80% of the room rate. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

All our rooms have laminate flooring (no carpet!) and are cleaned before every occupancy. The beds are also down-free (except for some decorative pillows).

We are also happy to organise an allergy-friendly breakfast for you. Please let us know which products you would like or prefer before you arrive.

Car parking spaces are available on our property. If you would like a parking space for the duration of your stay, please indicate this when booking.

If you have visitors, we ask for your understanding that we cannot offer parking spaces for visitors. The paid parking spaces on "Strandstraße" and the car park at the "Vogelpark" (bird park) are available for this purpose.

Bicycles can be parked out of sight in an uncovered bicycle stand. E-bikes can be charged free of charge at the bike stand.

Bicycles can be rented from the “Fahrradverleih Niendorf” (Bicycle Rental Niendorf) in the immediate vicinity; house guests receive a discount.

We do not have our own beach chairs on the beach.
You can find beach chairs right in front of our hotel. The beach area is served by two landlords. The "Ehlert" beach chair rental is on the left side and the "Muuss" beach chair rental is on the right. You are welcome to pre-order a beach chair from home.

Of course, you have the option of collecting your suitcase from home in advance and having it sent to us so that travelling is convenient.

Please state the address "Gartenweg 6, 23669 Timmendorfer Strand / OT Niendorf /O." and your name! Please also inform us about the delivery of your suitcase.

The rooms can usually be occupied from 12.30pm. If you arrive earlier, please come to reception and talk to us.

Rooms must be vacated by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure. Luggage can be stored if necessary if departure is later.

Payment is made on departure. You can pay in cash or by EC card. Credit cards, debit cards, Visacard or Mastercard are not accepted.
